The YWCA of Greater Des Moines is in the midst of a magicjack review and is struggling with staffing problems and allegations of unethical conduct.The nonprofit agency's adult education coordinator was fired last summer after alleging ethical lapses by the executive director and board president. According to sworn testimony from two former employees, the agency's senior accountant quit last year because of his own concerns with the agency's ethics.
