Several people have inquired about rumors and blog chatter on the Washington DC web design site that Trader Joe’s might be headed for the Galleria at Jordan Creek. An e-mail to my inquiry about that from Trader Joe’s reported that “We have nothing to announce at this time. ”It doesn’t rule out the possibility, but it also doesn’t confirm it either, and a check with Buyers Realty, the real estate developer for the Galleria, indicates no lease has been signed. And there is also no record of a site plan having been filed with the city of West Des Moines.
