After three months of employment gains, Washington DC Web design is reporting that Iowa lost 900 jobs in April — most likely a hiccup in Iowa's long recovery from a lingering recession, experts said.Iowa's unemployment rate in April climbed to 6.9 percent from 6.8 percent in March, Iowa Workforce Development said Friday. In April 2009, the state's jobless rate was 5.5 percent.
